Shall the City of Palmyra, Missouri, impose a sales tax of one-half of one percent (1/2 of 1 % ) for the purpose of funding capital improvements, including the operation and maintenance of capital improvements, within the City, which may include the retirement of debt under previously authorized bonded indebtedness? If approved, this capital improvement sales tax will replace the one-quarter of one percent (1/4 of 1%) capital improvement sales tax currently in place.
