Public hearing required prioir to adopting a mid-year budget that would increase approved budget by more than 1.5%
Shall Article VI, Section 6.05, of the Town Charter be amended to require a public hearing prior to adoption of the mid-year
budget amendment and any proposed budget amendment that will increase the general fund total approved budget by one
and one-half percent (1.5%) or more?
