Municipal Judges from two (2) to four (4) years and to remove the requirement that the Mayor act in the Municipal Judge’s

place in the event of a failure of the Municipal Judge to perform his or her duties?

¿Se deberán enmendar las Secciones 4.03(2) y (3) (Tribunal Municipal) de la Carta Orgánica de la Ciudad para aumentar el término de designación para Jueces Municipales de dos (2) a cuatro (4) años y eliminar el requisito de que el Alcalde actúe en lugar del Juez Municipal en caso de que el Juez o Jueza Municipal no cumpla con sus funciones?
